Have questions about our trash bin cleaning service? Here are answers to the most common questions from customers.

Do I need to be home for your services?

No. You do not need to be home to have your cans cleaned. We clean your cans on your trash pickup day. As long as your cans are on the curb, we’ll clean them on your scheduled date.

Why should I have my trash and recycle bins cleaned?

We not only clean your cans, but we disinfect, sanitize, and deodorize them as well. We use water temperatures of approximately 200 degrees Fahrenheit, helping reduce bacteria, germs, and viruses. We also spray down the outside of the can, including frequently touched areas such as the lid and handle.

Do you clean both trash cans and recycle cans?

Yes. We recommend cleaning both trash and recycling cans because bacteria, viruses, germs, and odors can build up on both types of bins.

Busy Bee Bins LLC provides service across Charlotte, Concord, Cornelius, Davidson, Denver, Huntersville, Kannapolis, Matthews, Mooresville, and Mount Holly, North Carolina.

How do I start the service?

Visit our Services section to sign up quickly and easily. You can choose the service option that best fits your household or business needs.

How do I update my payment information?

Click the Client Login button. After logging in, click the Subscriptions tab. Under Actions, you should see an Update button. Click the button and follow the prompts to update your payment information.

How do I pay for an order listed as unpaid?

Click the Client Login button. Once logged in, locate the unpaid order in your account. Click the Pay link beside the order, then follow the prompts to complete payment with a bank or credit card.
